Billing & Subscription
Upgrade to Pro, manage your subscription, and handle payment issues.
Billing is managed from Settings > Billing in your workspace. Payments are handled securely through Stripe - Clipform never stores your card details.

Upgrade to Pro
- Go to Settings > Billing in the sidebar
- Click Upgrade to Pro
- Complete payment on the Stripe checkout page
- You'll be redirected back to your dashboard with Pro active
Only workspace admins can upgrade or manage billing. If you're not an admin, you'll see an "Ask an admin to upgrade" message instead.
Your existing forms, responses, and analytics are preserved when you upgrade. Pro features like custom themes, branding removal, and unlimited responses are available immediately.
Manage your subscription
Click Manage Subscription on the Billing page to open the Stripe customer portal. From there you can:
- View invoices and payment history
- Update your credit card or payment method
- Change your billing email
- Cancel your subscription
Cancel your subscription
Cancellation is done through the Stripe portal (click Manage Subscription). When you cancel:
- Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period
- The Billing page shows your exact end date
- You can reactivate at any time before that date to keep Pro
- After the period ends, your workspace reverts to the Free plan limits
If you have more than 5 forms when your Pro subscription ends, all your forms will be preserved but you won't be able to create new ones until you're back under the Free plan limit.
Payment issues
If a payment fails, you'll see a warning banner on the Billing page with a button to update your payment method. This takes you to the Stripe portal where you can enter a new card.
Update your payment method promptly - if the payment remains unresolved, you may lose access to Pro features.
Workspace branding
Pro plan subscribers can control the "Powered by Clipform" badge that appears on forms.
- Go to Settings > Workspace
- Toggle Powered by Clipform on or off
This sets the default for all forms in your workspace. Individual forms can override this setting from the form builder.
Free plan users always show Clipform branding. Upgrade to Pro to remove it.
