Messaging Apps
Create forms from Telegram. WhatsApp and Slack coming soon.
Chat with Clipform directly in Telegram. Describe a form, send a voice note, or share a video - and your form is built right there in the conversation.

How it works
1. Describe your form
Send a message with what you need:
- "Make a feedback form with a rating and a comment box"
- "Create a quiz about movies with 4 questions"
- "I need a signup form that asks for name and email"
Clipform builds the form and sends you two links:
- Preview link - try the form yourself and share it with respondents
- Dashboard link - sign in to edit, view responses, and manage the form
2. Add your own content
Once the skeleton is up, make it personal:
- Record a video of yourself asking a question and send it - it becomes a video node in your form
- Send a voice note with narration for a specific question
- Send an image like your logo or a product photo to use as a background
- Or just type - "add narration to all questions" or "use a blue theme"
You can also open the form in the dashboard to record video, upload files, and fine-tune the design.
3. Polish and publish
Ask for finishing touches in the chat: "add background music", "turn on the step counter", "make the colours match my brand". Or do it in the dashboard - whatever's easier.
Voice and video messages
You can send voice notes, audio messages, and videos directly in the chat. Clipform understands what you mean:
- Instructions - "Make a quiz about cooking" as a voice note works the same as typing it
- Content for the form - record yourself asking a question on camera and it becomes a video node
You can mix both in one message. Clipform figures out what's an instruction and what's content.
Linking your account
The first time you create a form through messaging, it goes to a temporary workspace. When you tap the dashboard link and sign in (or create an account), two things happen:
- The form moves into your workspace
- Your messaging account is linked to your Clipform account
After that, every form you create through that messaging app goes straight into your workspace - no extra steps needed.
Managing your connection
Disconnect your account
If you want to unlink your messaging account - for example, to connect it to a different Clipform workspace - just say "disconnect my account" in the chat. Clipform will confirm before disconnecting.
After disconnecting, new forms go to a temporary workspace again until you link by tapping a dashboard link and signing in.
Reconnect
To reconnect, simply create a form and tap the dashboard link. Signing in links your account again.
What's possible
You get the same creative features as the AI assistants - just ask in the chat:
- "Add narration to each question" - AI-generated voiceover
- "Use a dark theme with purple accents" - custom theming
- "Make it a scored quiz with results" - scoring and feedback
- "Add background music" - royalty-free audio
- "Create a video intro from these topics" - generated video content
See the full list of creative features on the AI assistants page.
Tips
- Reply to make changes. After a form is created, reply in the same conversation to edit it. "Change the title" or "add another question" works without starting over.
- Voice notes are great for instructions. It's often faster to describe what you want out loud than to type it.
- Record video for your form. Film yourself asking a question and send it as a message - it becomes a video node.
- One conversation per form. Start a new conversation if you want to create a separate form.
- Works on mobile. Messaging is the fastest way to create a form when you're away from your computer.
